California first to place age limits on tanning

California Governor Jerry Brown recently signed into law a bill that prohibits children under 18 years of age from using tanning beds. Although thirty other states already have age restrictions, this new law, set to take effect on Jan. 1, is the first in the nation to set a higher age limit. Currently in Pennsylvania
