Classified Ads
Classified advertisings cost $7.50 for the first 30 words and an additional 25 cents for each additional word.Contract Discounts
Frequent advertisers receive the benefit of a discount for their
business. Discounts are as follows:

Policies
Advertisers whose ads are received too late
for publication will be notified by a member of The Etownian
staff. The advertiser may notify the staff member at that time whether
he or she wishes to run that ad in the following issue.
The advertiser will not be charged for an ad containing an error made by The Etownian or the printer if the error causes the ad to misrepresent the product or the merchant. If a corrected ad is published, however, the advertiser must pay for that ad. The Etownian reserves the right to refuse any ad.
Billing
Invoices are mailed after publication and are
payable when received. No credit can be extended.
Tear sheets are furnished with every invoice, and copies of The Etownian are available upon request.
Deadlines
Generally, The Etownian will solicit
advertising two weeks prior to publication of that issue. Cancellation
deadline is Friday at 5 p.m., one week prior to publication.
Arrangements for the Advertising Sales Manager to contact an advertiser may be made by calling (717) 361-1132. If requested, the manager, in close consultation with the Advertising Layout Manager, will assist advertisers in the preparation of the ad.
